Calma Yoga has transported yoga from church halls to a beautiful and inviting Balinese studio of timber, stone and bamboo within a secluded rainforest in the leafy suburb of Pullenvale. So why not take some time out to indulge yourself or restore your wellbeing and bring some much needed balance back into your hectic life. All massage and pamper packages allow you to delight in the atmosphere of the studio in private while enjoying your relaxing massage, massage, meditation, relaxation, or your personally tailored package which can include yoga, a delicious lunch. All pamper packages can be tailored to suit your needs and cater for individuals, couples and small groups. Calma Yoga also offers massage and pamper packages. Private classes for individual and small groups are also offered. Payment can be on an "as you come" basis, or up front for a course of 10 classes. Kathryn offers day and evening multi-level classes catering to all levels of yoga experience including beginners. Calma Yoga, is owned and operated by Kathryn, set on 10 secluded acres in Pullenvale, an accredited yoga teacher with The Australasian Yoga Institute. You feel encouraged that making time for yoga maybe the best thing you have ever done. Having walked into an experience for all your senses, your body and mind relax and your spirit soars. Your senses are awakened by exotic incense, flickering candles and soothing music. Walking up lava stone steps and entering through antique Indonesian doors you're greeted by a smiling Buddha and flowing water. Stepping onto the timber boardwalk, in the evening with twinkling stars and garden lighting to guide you, or daylight, crossing a dry stone creek bed and passing tall bamboo in an Asian garden, you know you have come to the right place and will want to return again and again.
