When engaging us you deal with one Project Manager who manages the entire project from begin to finish, taking all responsibility for the progress of your job. Witbrook completed the project on time and delivered an office that perfectly fit the design concept and specifications Local Directories had envisioned. Witbrook was engaged for the design services, Project Management, building and construction. The reception area also incorporates recycled timber important to the client brief. He also managed to keep to our ingenious budget and delivered a incredible result within our time frame. We are very happy with the final product. Witbrook were approached by the client who were setting up a new medical center and looking for someone to produce him with a packed design and medical fit out turnkey service. The client was provided with a stuffed design including 3D renders for the fresh medical center and the medical fit out incorporated fresh consulting rooms, treatment rooms, pathology room, reception and waiting areas. Building works involved partitions, plumbing and drainage, ceilings, floor finishes, custom built joinery, electrical, lighting and data services, painting and feature wall in waiting area. Witbrook were approached to provide design and medical fit out services. Budgets for this project were met while final result was an office fit out with immense conclude and completed to high standard. We highly advocate Witbrook Projects to any potential customers and will definitely make use of this company for our tomorrow fit out requirements. Since they are a mining company they wanted to incorporate natural products into the office fit out. However, the client was based in New Zealand, and the Witbrook team hadn’t personally met with the client until handover of the project. Witbrook were approached to bear medical fit out services. The scope of labor involved building works, partitions for consulting rooms, custom made joinery, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, data services, painting, loose furniture. The medical fit out involved building works which included consulting rooms, treatment room, Practice Manager’s office, staff kitchen, waiting meeting area and reception.
