Mr Hogan was previously an Executive Director of Challenger Property Capital Limited and played a important role in the development of its global commercial property portfolio, which had an estimated value in additional of 2.6 billion. Earlier to joining Trilogy Funds, Mr Smart held various senior management roles within the financial services sector. Mrs Sinclair has 14 years marketing experience spanning the financial services, real estate and legal sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. In her role as Head of Marketing at Trilogy Funds, she is responsible for the attracting and retaining investors by providing informative communication throughout the sales and customer service experience. A highly experienced senior manager possessing a thorough knowledge across all segments of the industry including 30 years as a specialist in property financing for developments, investment, lending and securitisation. Ms Barber has 17 years’ property asset management experience gained across commercial, industrial and retail portfolios along the east coast of Australia. Her corporate experience includes managing property portfolios with Challenger. He has held roles in financial planning, investment research, funds. He has held roles in financial planning, investment research, funds management and has previously been the Queensland State Manager for abundant national fund management groups including AA, Tower Trust and Australian Unity. He has been involved in the financial services sector for over a decade, working within boutique. As Investor Relations Manager, Alison leads the operational performance of her team to ensure that Investor applications for Trilogy Funds products are processed smoothly and customer service is upheld to exemplary standards. We are also experienced in asset management across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Balmain is a specialist manager of mortgage fund assets and Trilogy Funds has specialist skills and experience in administering property and income funds. Previously, latter the appointment of an istrator to AM Investment Management Limited (LMIM) and the capable suspension of its license, an unit holder of the Fund applied to the Court to have a new, solvent Responsible Entity (Trilogy) appointed (consistent with BASIC’s guidelines). This was done to avoid the appointment of a receiver and the winding up of the Fund, an outcome which less than 1 of unit holders supported. Given the decision to appoint a receiver however, Trilogy supports BO’s appointment and is happy that LMIM (now in liquidation) is likely to have no important role in the winding up of the Fund. The Court found the meeting was an wasteful use of members’ funds. The Meeting will not and cannot address these matters and these issues will continue regardless of the outcome of the Meeting. Trilogy does not consider it to be good to try to circumvent the Proceedings relating to the Fund by way of the Meeting.

The Trilogy Funds group has a wide range of expertise. Trilogy Funds can also be appointed RE for other managed investment schemes. When acting on behalf of an investment scheme, an RE must: Exercise a reasonable degree of concern and diligence. Treat all investment handle members of the same class equally and members of diverse classes fairly. It replaced the Manager’ and Trustee’ role that had previously existed for managed investment schemes. The RE has the dual role of trustee and manager of an investment scheme, and must be appointed if an investment maneuver needs to be registered. An RE cans either be owned by the same group as the fund manager, i.e. Where the RE is external, the RE, on behalf of the investment scheme, typically enters into a management agreement with the fund manager. Investors in managed investment schemes can replace the existing RE through a vote. Trilogy Funds has replaced other res and in so doing has taken over management of a number of distressed property and mortgage trusts with receivers involved. In these circumstances it is our role to act in the best interests of the investors and try to maximize their ultimate return. Trilogy provides lending services on behalf of the Trilogy Monthly Income Trust to borrower companies engaged in the construction of houses, townhouses and units, as healthy as the development of land or the refinance of existing facilities. Our private lending services offered on behalf of the Trust include: Monitoring loan recovery action as and when required.
