It has the urge of all key State spas Associations, and retains the largest group of National Members who precede Australia’s aquatic leisure industry. spas Australia’s charter is not simply to support and respond on National issues of importance to our industry, but also to proactively create and execute strategies to enhance the credibility and longevity of the National industry. Rob has been a member of spas since 1995 and a Board Member since 2009. Rob’s career has perpetual been focused on little to moderate business and, as the owner of TruPool Turramurra and Roseville for more than 20n years, he has great hand son experience in the retail and service sectors of the pool industry. Andrew has more 10 years of extensive aquatic industry experience. His corporate and legal background has led to thriving collaboration with industry and government stakeholders, both as President of spas Queensland, and as a director of one of Australia’s leading industry participants, Majestic Pools Landscapes. John is the Founder and CEO of Poolwerx Corporation and has been in the industry for 25 years. At the helm of the notforprofit Swimming Pool and Spa Association (spas) Australia, Lindsay McGrath is charged with leading the association through a unifying project and the merging of state organizations and cultures into a more efficient and strong industry body. The immense majority of industry participants are represented by their state spas association and are each a founding member of spas Australia. spas Australia acts as a conduit between suppliers and industry stakeholders, as healthy as advocating on their behalf with regulatory and standards setting bodies. spas Australia is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards and growth within the swimming pool and spa industry for the betterment of members, consumers and the industry in general. Australia has one of the maximum developed and innovative Swimming Pool and Spa industries in the world. Our cherished aquatic industry has been responsible for a number of worldwide industry innovations, some of the maximum dazzling and integrated designs, and a range of world class ecosensitive products. The objects for which the Company is established are: To promote the swimming pool and spa industry and associated industries and activities throughout Australia and further the standards, goodwill, ethics, reputation and development of the Industry. To pursue issues of national concern relating to the Industry. To enter into any arrangements with any Government or authority, supreme, municipal, local or otherwise that may seem conducive to the Company’s objects or any of them and to obtain from any such Government or authority any rights, privileges and concessions which the Company thinks it fine to acquire and to carry out, exercise and conform with any such arrangements, rights, privileges and concessions. In furtherance of the objects of the Company to amalgamate with any companies, institutions, societies or associations having objects altogether or in portion similar to those of the Company and which shall bar the distribution of its or their income and property among its or their members to an extent at minimum as immense as that imposed upon the Company under or by virtue of Article 3.2 of this Constitution. To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects and the exercise of the powers of the Company.
