We’re sharing our passion for the outdoors and the environment with you. John and Len are experienced bush walkers, tour coordinators and group leaders. They have walked extensively in all Australian states and territories, researching information for their 12 Take A Walk, bush walking guide books, and have also written a wide range of feature stories for outdoor, travel and lifestyle books and magazines including Lonely Planet, Outdoor Australia and Wild. They have been leading walks for their bush walking clubs for well over 20 years. Coordinating and leading groups of walkers to iconic overseas destinations began in 1998 when they took a group of friends to Galapagos Islands and to walk the Inca Trail. Now, they have nine tailor made walking destinations they want share with other adventurers. If it’s not possible they will appoint another Take A Walk leader, so you never have to feel alone. I’ve been rewriting my Greece diary, and both that and the China diary disclose and recall what absolutely terrific experiences both trips were, full of fascination and laughter (just like Spain, the USA and Scandinavia) you certainly are wonderful organizers no mistrust Africa will trail in the equivalent vein. (Lesley has traveled on five overseas adventures with us, plus abundant Australian jaunts. She’s now saddling up for the 2017 Africa adventure.). An experienced ski group coordinator for the high school where she teaches, Bi has also been a walk leader for National Parks Association of Queensland for many years.
