Our strength lies in the talent of our practitioners. We pride ourselves on our professional, caring and cordial services while remaining cost effective and accessible. Mentored by experienced colleagues, Tad was qualified to further his knowledge and experience. In 2007, Tad started his career with Synergy Physiotherapy and Pilates. Through the many years of practicing in the CAD, Tad has gained valuable experiences in treating office related conditions in particular. In 2010 he had the privilege of repeating the labor for the performers in the musical Fame. Outside of work, Tad enjoys following all kinds of sport, Rugby League in notable (Go the Cowboys!). Tad enjoys playing tennis and golf in his spare time but his main exercise at the moment is taking his beloved dog Cooper for a walk every day. The assessment and management of a long range of conditions including: Exercise, stretching, and strengthening regime as well as posture correction. Clinical Pilates is a series of tender muscle strengthening exercises formulated to improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination and balance as well as alignment and breathing. Clinical Pilates was beginning developed by physiotherapists and is an adaptation of conventional Pilates. The basic ideas of traditional Pilates were built on to assist devise a program apropos for each individual to aid with rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries. The main difference between Clinical Pilates and standard Pilates is that in Clinical Pilates each client undertakes individual assessments conducted by a trained physiotherapist who then develops an exercise program specifically targeting their problem areas. We use equipment such as reformers and trapeze tables to facilitate activation of the core muscles. The emphasis is on oversee of muscles rather than strength. The physiotherapist will be qualified teach you the correct techniques for each individual exercise as healthy as grading the exercises. Clinical Pilates can also aid with sports injuries, optimizing performance and pregnancy. Synergy Health Physiotherapy and Pilates offers individual and group sessions.
