Our catering packages are served as a buffet where your guests aid themselves to what they would like on their plate. Main meal includes a delicious smorgasbord of tender spit roasted meats, freshly prepared salads vegetables and soft dinner rolls. Served with delicious Swagman’s gravy and sauces. All served on your finest of black or white linen tablecloth with solid crockery and silver cutlery. Hire one of our gas rotisserie spits and impress your guests with this traditional and entertaining cooking technique. 4.50 per person is for the supply of meat. Cooked to perfection with a layer of crispy crackling. Yearling lamb legs, tunnel boned and rolled. Delicious thighs, marinated to suit your menu.
