ubdivision Compliance Services (SCS) have been project managing ‘small-lot developments’ since 2005. At SCS, we take a very practical approach to each project and manage it as if it were our own. Each project is managed with the minimum amount of undertaking required and without un-necessary expense. Subdivision Compliance Services have established a refined & effective group of professional service providers and competent & qualified trade contractors necessary to bring these projects from initial concept through to completion. This breadth of knowledge means that SCS can assess your proposed development from the initial concept through to completion. SCS has developed an extensive understanding of the regulatory issues and conditions of subdivision developments that are imposed by Queensland Development Code (QDC) and the various councils of SE Queensland - Brisbane City, Redlands Shire, Gold Coast/Logan City, Moreton Bay Regional and Ipswich City. The construction has ranged from renovations ($40k - $420k) through 'turn-key' residential house/town-houses developments , and a 3-level 26 unit/apartment development. We have also project managed the construction of dwellings on more than a 20 of these developments sites. SCS have managed over 500 small-scale development projects during this time with most of these requiring Development Approvals. (more).
