Now happily married with two lovely children, Jim and Louise continue actively involved in the day to day operation of the business. Growing up in the area, attending local schools and now owning a business in the local area, Jim and Louise are also energetic members of their local community. At Stocks Appliances we treat our staff like family. We believe in impaired fashioned customer service and have the most experienced people in the industry who combined have over 100 years experience. With regular product knowledge, hands on training and keeping up to date with latest products and trends, we ensure our customers take the very superior and up to date advice. We are a little business and all of our staff take protection of our customers personally for all of their needs from purchase, delivery, after sales trail up and also service issues. We bear a personal experience for our customers. Kathy has over 15 years hospitality, retail and customer service experience and has specialized in bathroom, tap ware and appliance sales for 9 years. She is passionate about providing customers with the superior products that align with their lifestyle and design choices. Ben was born into the bathroom and appliance industry with his family owning and operating a specialist bathroom retail deposit (Christian’s) for 31 years. Ben specialisms in providing whole home fit outs and works hand in hand with architects, interior designers, builders and home owners to achieve the desired end result. A prosperity of knowledge across kitchen, bathroom and laundry products is a valued asset to our business. She associates food and the kitchen with love of family. With her experience and knowledge, she would love to work with you to create your dream kitchen. He has worked closely with Architects, Interior Designers, builders and the home owner, to find the best outcome for their project. Gavin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Stocks fresh bathroom showroom at Clay field. With over 15 years experience in the home appliance industry, Margaret decided to use her knowledge and receive on a new resist by moving into the Commercial division. For a small family business Margaret makes large things happen and is elated to give prompt service, mutual respect and a riches of knowledge to all builders, developers, architects and construction companies. Jim and Louise have made Business Development so easy for Patty as she believes in supporting local businesses, local families and quality products which embodies the essence of the Stocks Appliances brand’. And after six months of assisting the sales staff by working for their delivery company, in 2016 it seemed only level-headed to move over and join the Stocks family in Sales istration. Chantelle is an integral segment of the Stocks team, bringing 5 years of administration experience and knowledge to the company.
