Ryan joined the Corporation in 2011 and manages South Bank Corporation's commercial asset division that includes South Bank's diverse food, beverage and vehicle park portfolios. Paul joined the Corporation in August 2007, and is responsible for overseeing the Planning and Projects team to ensure that all major development projects are delivered effectively across South Bank's 42hectare precinct. Paul has over 30 years of experience in a expansive range of project development and community consultation roles in both the private and public sectors. Trevor has worked in the South Bank precinct for 20 years including 12 years with the Corporation. We will not only change the way the world works, lives, plays and learns we will change life experiences. Occupied in collaboration with the fresh Board, the Corporation is currently establishing a 20year vision for the precinct to face the public and commercial expectations of an evolving city to ensure South Bank remains at the forefront of urban planning by balancing public originate space with commercial and residential needs. River Quay was built on the preceding boardwalk site and provides dazzling begin space along a prime stretch of the Brisbane River. Grey Street is the place where buildings define the deposit but the people make the street. The precinct is a leader in sustainable development, which is managed on a financially sustainable basis to allow the Corporation to deliver community benefits over the lengthy term. Rain Bank was built in 2011 and can recycle up to 77 megalitres of storm water each year that's enough to produce 85 per cent of the Parkland's irrigation and non potable water requirements. Some of the measures in store to manage waste sustainable include: recycling programs for our most commonly produced waste like fluorescent lighting batteries paper products, green waste, oil, glass and aluminum products sending all non recyclable items to Ti Tree Bioenergy for disposal in an environmentally friendly manner using bio sociable products for cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance and installing recycling bins around the precinct for the public to use. With over 10 million visitors coming to the precinct each year, South Bank is truly one of the world's huge community spaces.
