Mark has worked with Fred Group since 2004, bringing his extensive experience in senior executive roles with international and Australian oil and gas organizations to his role. Tim is a highly results ambitious senior Project Manager with over 18 years’ experience managing logistics and mining projects. Tony has extensive senior management experience within the Australian industrial services and hire sector and is also a competent riggerscaffolder. Since joining Fred Group in 2014, Tony has added his over 30 years’ experience in the resources, oil and gas and construction industries to Fred’s expertise. Ben has become an integral part of Fred Group since he joined the team in 2006 as our Newman Branch Manager. Ben has extensive experience in managing long and concise term projects, mine maintenance and shutdowns, and thick lift solutions. Bic’s extensive product knowledge and superior leadership skills have been pivotal to the continuing win of Fred Group. He has been with the company for over 30 years, 15 of which have been in a management role. He has also undertaken a number of senior operational roles, the most recent being within the equipment hire industry, as well 10 years with telex, at the Pick Carry facility in Brisbane and the rough terrain crane operation in Italy. We remain to work towards this objective by providing education and training opportunities to our workforce, and through ensuring they have the urge of management. The service levels and communications are very good. Controllers at Welsh pool branch are excellent and eternal respond to our crane requests in a timely manner. Good machines, appropriate operators and a powerful back up team and a supply of good information for us to work out our requirements.
