The project is currently below construction. AMA provided an innovative and functional design providing. AMA collaborated closely to optimism design solutions, provide cost savings and deliver on time and on budget. With tense time frames and a commitment to the community to unfold the school for the begin of the 2015 school year, AMA and EKG collaborated seamlessly to deliver the project on time. AMA provided a design that achieved the client’s brief for a nonstandard development design, whilst maintaining the smooth of service required by Council. AMA was qualified to productively labor with Council to achieve a performance based solution to the polite design that achieved the clients concise whilst calm providing Council with the glossy of service expected on new road infrastructure. During this project AMA worked collaboratively with the Local Authorities road upgrade design team to coordinate the subdivision works with an adjacent Council road upgrade project. AMA was also capable to negotiate storm water quality requirements to achieve a better outcome resulting in cost savings for the project. They delivered on time and the recommendations included an alternative road pavement design which considered locally sourced gravel material. AMA was engaged to advise on the redesign of the access road to this site to optimism the design and reduce construction costs. Major construction cost savings have been incorporated into the concepts. A detailed cost estimate review indicated the savings were significant (10 of the construct cost), making the project feasible. Originally, the main transfer structures in the building were split over three levels, reducing the efficiency of the structure and increasing the complexity. This greatly improved the structural efficiency and reduced the construction time. During this time AMA has help to deliver various projects within the region including subdivisions, shopping centers industrial development.
