Hello, my name is Rike, I am a Brisbane based Naturopath operating from the REALIZE HEALTH FAMILY CLINIC at Loganholme. I was fortunate to grow up in a country where natural health has become a part of daily life and I know what difference it can make to be given the tools and knowledge for a healthy life early on. Creating healthier and happier families is what I do, and to achieve this I help my clients make specific changes to their diet and lifestyle. Like many children, I experienced allergies during my childhood but I was able to overcome these with the assistance of natural treatments and dietary changes. This in-turn increases allergic responses and can lead to long term health issues. Many children are nutrient deficient or have difficulty metabolising certain foods, which can weaken their immune system. I have chosen to specialise in children's health (but assist people of all ages), because I believe that feeding your child good, nutritious food has many benefits which continue into adolescence and adulthood. I am dedicated to optimising health through implementing changes to your diet and lifestyle which reduce your stress levels, leaving you more time to enjoy life.
