After a detailed review Certain Solutions developed a final report to Council which made a number of key recommendations for the tomorrow governance and operational management of the Shoalhaven Entertainment center. Sure Solutions was engaged to assist in defining the market for the proposed theater venue to be constructed as part of City of Casey’s Council’s Main Street Project. The project included community consultation and advice on elements to be included in the fresh theater. We have worked with architects, developers, business consultants and artists to deliver complex projects for all levels of government and private enterprise. Positive Solutions also undertakes board evaluations or assessments, to enable nonprofit organizations to focus on improvements in board practice. David Fisher’s The Book of the Board, recently published in its third edition, remains the maximum comprehensive guide for board members of nonprofit organizations in Australia. Certain Solutions has led or facilitated planning processes for organizations operating in the arts, Indigenous, health, education and environmental sectors. Services have been developed in response to nonprofit boards’ ongoing need for advice, support and aptitude development.
