Payment is needed at the time of consultation, we believe cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards (excludes amen). We understand you may need to cancel your appointment at brief notice and we enjoy earlier notice to enable us to donate the time to another client. We prefer at minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel and reschedule an appointment. Our Physiotherapists conduct thorough musculoskeletal assessments which normally involve an analysis of entire body posture and movement. Even if you are attending for a neck, shoulder or knee concern, you should will probably be asked to unfasten superficial clothing. Please wear or bring relevant undergarments, shorts and a shirt to enable our clinicians to adequately help you. Nonrestrictive, comfortable exercise clothing is relevant for studio sessions and if you wish, Pilates grasp socks are available to buy at reception.
