Participants 1 Session $50 2 Sessions for $90 or Full Day $130 Spectators $25 per session (viewing only) Richard Norton has been training for over 45 years and has a movie career spanning some 30 years with over 60 feature films along-side such greats as Jackie Chan and Chuck Norris. 9 Hours of BJJ - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA - Mixed Martial Arts, and Reality Based Self-Defense each 3 hours long. Phoenix Evolution also has fantastic seminars available including our current Richard Norton seminars coming up on June 12th 2010. Weekly classes include Kettle bell workouts, flexibility/stretching dedicated classes, skipping sessions, and various weapons training. We also provide personal tuition for those wanting to learn Martial Arts on a more personal one on one or small group scenario. In addition we provide personal training or strength, flexibility, cardio, and more. We also have female Muay Thai classes and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes. We offer Kids Mixed Martial Arts Classes, a "We love our Mums" MMA class and a more advanced Modern Warrior MMA class. (more).
