At Peppler Cottage Therapies I offer remedial, Swedish relaxation and Thai massage therapy in the tranquil setting of a timber workers cottage in Shorncliffe, north-east Brisbane. Massage helps you release tension from muscles, improves posture and flexibility, reduces pain, and increases your sense of well being. Massage is an integral part of a preventative health care regime along with exercise, nutrition and rest. I call it RnR – helping you release muscular tension, stress and emotions from within your body so that you can get on and live your life to the fullest. My specialty is a blend of both remedial and relaxation techniques focusing on the body-mind connection. Health fund rebates are available.
