What you should know about Pacific International Taekwondo: Balmoral
Pacific International Taekwondo schools teach the traditional Art of Taekwondo for adults, teens and children. The Balmoral branch instructors are Lewis Sparks and Danielle Edmunds. You’ll be shown exactly what do and how to do it so you can feel confident about feeling comfortable and being taught correctly right from your first class. Anyone wanting to try it out is welcome to start at anytime. No fitness is needed to begin learning Pacific International Taekwondo, you’ll gain fitness, flexibility and strength and learn effective defence skills as you train. Classes are on now for children aged 7-13 yrs plus teens & adults classes for 14- 40+ yr olds. Training is enjoyably disciplined so it’s safe for everyone. It’s an activity that provides the fun and excitement of learning a martial art while encouraging your body and mind to focus as you train, so you become physically and mentally energised, confident and strong as you learn.
