Joining the Green cap team in 2016, Karen's focus has been on system and process improvements, including the integration and embedding of the Finance team as a key partner the business. Since joining the business Steven has held various roles within HHS, property risk, business development and regional management roles. Steven has extensive experience in the areas of property portfolio risk and compliance, HHS, contractor management, digital platforms and integrated service offerings active with multiple important property owners managers over the preceding 7 years. Alex brings over 17 years' experience across various leadership, general management, market development and technical consulting roles over a number of industries. With a background in science, engineering and business management, Alex's expertise spans conformity assessment, product safety, supply chain management and process engineering. His expertise includes strategic assessment, environmental and social impact assessment, environmental monitoring, environmental project management, sustainability assessment and planning, environmental management planning, due diligence and compliance auditing, environmental risk assessment and management, waste management, contaminated site investigations, and environmental policy, regulation and strategic review. Anne is responsible for leading the Green cap Brand development and all marketing and communications initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand. Stuart joined Green cap in 2015 and leads a large team of specialists spread throughout the South East regional offices to ensure world class delivery of integrated consultancy solutions to major clients. He has over 25 year's general management, technical delivery, project program management and business development experience across Australia, both in the consulting industry and the corporate sector. He has been involved with many community consultation projects relating to contaminated site issues. Peter is an experienced Project Manager Environmental Scientist with 18 years of diversified experience in the contaminated land and property risk sectors in Australia, Canada, and the USA. He is experienced in the triumphant project management and execution of large multidisciplinary environmental and engineering projects. Peter has extensive organizational and time management skills, proven leadership in project and client management, and the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
