Before attempting to return an order, email returns@myskinsolution.com.au to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number, it can be difficult to process your return. Exchanges are permitted for a change of mind purchases; items must be posted back within 15 days of receipt, return postage costs are at the customer’s own expense. To process your return of item/s, you’ll need to email returns@myskinsolution.com.au to receive a returns authorisation number. Before you’re refunded, we will need to receive everything back unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition. If you experience redness or discomfort, discontinue using the product and contact us so one of our trained clinical staff can assist you further. A full refund or exchange will be issued.
