As Managing Director, Roman is leading the transformation of APB Contractors into a more focused and sustainable construction company, with the scale and capability to compete internationally. Together with senior leadership, Roman is occupied to make the company more efficient, improve its labor winning and project delivery, and strengthen the balance sheet. Jason Spears has 25 years’ experience busy in Australia and internationally as a professional engineer and business leader in the Resource, Courteous Infrastructure and Building Sectors. His potent focus on safety and disciplined project controls has resulted in project certainty and value for money outcomes for clients, as healthy as business growth and improved profitability for the company. Major projects where Jason has played a meaningful leadership role include: Roberto brings construction, operations, strategy and business development experience to the role. Jean Paul Wallace has a strong track record providing key legal advice and encourage as segment of corporate leadership teams, including five years as a General Counsel. At APB Contractors, Jean Paul leads a team delivering services across a different range of activities including legal risk management, tenders and general commercial contract reviews, as healthy as providing project urge and, if necessary, management of arbitration and litigation. We actively support a culture where safety is integrated into our normal business practices.
