Early childhood music program for newborns to 8 year olds. The program has 5 levels of courses suitably age grouped for children from newborn babies to 8 years old. The music that the children are introduced to includes classical repertoire for movement and quiet listening, traditional nursery rhymes for singing, moving and playing with instruments, traditional children's spoken rhymes and finger plays, as well as singing story books. Several of the students who have attended these programs have now achieved diplomas in music and music teaching through ameb and anzca. Caryn eastman has been teaching music in brisbane since 1979 and seen much success from the students who have gone through her early childhood music programs that she started in 1989. This is an australian early childhood music program developed in brisbane, queensland by caryn eastman in 2005 as she saw a need for a professionally developmental music program that would be suitable for australian families. Music classes and toddler activities are very important for the development of young children. The program involves many fun activities for children to develop the foundation skills of music in an exciting and encouraging environment.

We are situated in Boonah in the beautiful Scenic Rim. Music books and instruments can be purchased through us for the convenience of our students. (Your commitment is for the full term unless you make other arrangements with Cary with your enrollment). Individual and group lessons are conducted at the Eastman Academy of Music. Theory and ear training are included in these lessons. Missed lessons where no notice is given will be forfeited. My schedule is very stuffed and there are very scanty opportunities to exchange lessons with other students. Books that students require will be invoiced to you. It can receive 12 weeks for books to arrive into stock so the sooner the invoice is paid, the sooner students will receive the books. It is recommended that only the student attending the lesson be donate in the teaching room for the duration of the lesson. If you are going to teach Piano you should produce your students quality pianos, our studios is equipped two Yamaha pianos to offer instruments of the greatest quality to our students. Whether a student has a piano or a keyboard our teaching method is the same. Students are welcome to become involved in our exam program which we yield through ANZCA. We teach both classical and unused styles and like to introduce our students to all styles of music they can make their own decision on what type of music they most enjoy playing. We donate guitar lesson in both classical and contempory styles. All of our students are taught the foundations of music and then get to progress in their guitar paling in the style that they are most interested in. Violin lessons are offered at the Eastman Academy of Music for children from the age of 4 to mature learners. This is for the year previous to a kid starting the colourstrings violin course. Cary Eastman is an examiner with Anzac and strongly believes in the benefits of the exam program for goal setting and optimistic development of the ability of instrumental playing. The pieces are presented with sensible illustrations and laughter activities to engage students with the music and sustain their interest. A program to teach as young as 3 year colds to read using the Jolly Phonics program. A new program has been added to Eastman Academy of Music.
