Moreover, traditional parts of Jigokuryu are commonly divided into kihons (basics or fundamentals)and Katas. With more than 28 years experience in practical exercises, KickBoxing, Aikijujitsu, Judo, Aikido, Brazilian & Traditional Jujitsu, Shitoryu & Gojuryu style), Kyokushin Style, etc.-Iaido & Iaijutsu: Sword training) including the best techniques of Karate (Full contact, Tonfa, Katana, Sai, Bo, and demonstrate weapons (Kobudo: Nunchaku, both standing and on the ground, etc. Jigokuryu instructors and students execute both striking and grappling techniques, choking, strikes, pressure points, throws, restraints, holds, joint locks, trapping, grappling, open-handed techniques, finger strikes, elbow strikes, knee, kicking, or as self defence training using punching, as a combat sport, as a sport, Shihan Peyman has established his own traditional mixed martial arts style with the name of JIGOKURYU (HELLISH STYLE) as an university research after analysing all different martial arts techniques with an elite instructors team .
