In 1990 Goff was responsible for the successful reinvention of General Constructions into the stylish Interflow group with the commercialization of emerging technologies in trench less renewal of pipelines and underground structures. Paul brings to the group over 45 years of experience in general management, governance and financial management. Andrew began his career with Interflow in 2014 and in 2016 was appointed the role of Chief Financial Officer. He has a focus on the safe delivery of field works and reducing the impacts of our activities in the environment and the communities we work within. Having more than 20 years of construction and management experience Michael successfully leads the group’s operations management in efficient and cost effective contract delivery. Daniel has over 13 years of project management and technical experience and has formal engineering qualifications. Lisa comes to Interflow with formal qualifications in HR Industrial Relations with more than 15 years of experience across construction, manufacturing, financial services, aviation and FMCG industries. David is an Executive Director who joined the company in 1984 and has held senior positions within the group including General Manager Director of Business Development from 2002. David is responsible for the groups business development, marketing and tendering functions. With over 35 years of industry experience, David has a reputation of delivering prosperous client outcomes balanced against the experience and capabilities of Interflow. In his current role Ian is responsible for Interflow’s product strategy and commercialization of new technologies. Ian has over 30 years of experience in development of technical products and services and has formal qualifications in chemical engineering and business. Starting in 1936 as General Constructions, the first project undertaken was the construction of reticulation sewers at North bridge in Sydney. Gradually the Company expanded its expertise to include water supply pipelines, pump stations, treatment works and grain silos. Correct from the start the Company demonstrated a capacity for innovation by searching out and providing the most cost effective solutions. This multiple bucket type of lofty production excavator was revolutionary and raised much interest in the industry as it significantly cut the cost of excavating a trench. The business continued to grow, extending its range of operations and constructed the creative sewers, town water supplies, gas and oil pipelines in many parts of regional Australia. Innovation continued to be incorporated into the Company’s work methods and in 1967 a partnership was formed with an American company who specialized in construction dewatering. In the hasty 1980s another partnership was formed with the German company Edmund and Staundinger to import trench promote equipment. In late 1991 a new era for the Company began. Not for the beginning time, the Company brainstormed to find a better way to bear the solution. Soon after, the Company was renamed Interflow and continued to excel in the delivery of products and services specializing in pipeline rehabilitation.
