Career Level: Mid Career (2 years of experience). The Customer Service Representative is ultimately responsible for developing customer relationships by delivering special service, responding to and resolving customer inquiries by going overhead and beyond expectations. Catalog and record call trends and react with solutions. Communicate with inner teams as required (i.e. Prioritize daily labor pack ensuring Customer issues are being addressed efficiently and in a punctual manner. Adhere to the work schedule about start and cease times, meal and rest breaks, understanding that customer interaction may necessitate some deviation from the schedule. Must be able to work in small groups identifying and solving issues affecting our Customer experience. Maintain a sure attitude when interacting with all customers, coworkers, and vendors. This position requires high degree of aptitude and aptitude to clarify the most complicated matters to ensure Customer Satisfaction and retention.
