Darren works closely with our clients during the construction of their home, meeting for weekly site visits and also coordinates the level running of the project with our subcontractors. Managed through our online project management system CoConstruct, you will have access to all information at your finger tips relating to house designs, budgets, specifications, quotes, project schedules, meetings and communications. If you feel that you have not received value from our rebuilding process then we will refund your deposit. We will finish on time and in accordance with the contract, or we will pay your outgoing expenses for the time we grip you up. Building your new project is an exciting and urgent endeavor, and Inspired Constructions wants the process to be as slick and enjoyable as possible. Without the detail Geo provides, it is firm to compare prices, to be hopeful there will not be any unexpected surprises or to form a judgment about the quantum of the estimated cost of the proposed works.
