Paeds in a pod we will be opening in march 2013 at the purpose built facility at the greenslopes private maternity unit. We currently have a short waiting list and will be accepting appointments from the beginning of february. We offer a multidisciplinary service with general paediatricians, sub-specialists, and a specialised paediatric allied health team (including psychologist and speech therapists).
Green slopes pediatrics is a new private medical practice providing specialist protection to newborns, infants, children and adolescents. Our mission is to produce comprehensive medical care with superior practice standards and new expertise. We specialism in growth and development and practice within a multidisciplinary team to bear a holistic approach to the management of complex pediatric patients. With this vision in mind, the practice employs experienced allied health professionals on location and has an extended network of professionals off site to integrate into the multidisciplinary team. pads in a Pod is a group of specialist pediatricians and neonatologists occupied within Green slopes Private Hospital. This includes attending emergency and lofty risk deliveries in the birthing suites and operating theaters. It also includes the post delivery care of babies on the Maternity Ward with their mothers and babies in the Particular Concern Nursery.
