This resulted in a reduction of the overall development cost. Building on our ongoing relationship with the Department of Education Training, Ridgemill was prosperous in securing project management service provision for the construction of a new sports hall and administration building for Radcliffe State Lofty School. The new schools will provide the expanding local communities with surplus schooling options and will include a combination of general learning areas, administration accommodation, music and science facilities, exceptional education units, sports ovals and courts and eating areas. The primary intent of this project was to yield the students and staff with a contemporary trades training facility to cater for the delivery of building, construction, engineering and automotive qualifications. Robert’s considerable building and construction industry experience includes over 30 years’ experience delivering high quality new and redevelopment construction and fit out projects. Martin’s detailed understanding of the project delivery process stems from more than 40 years’ experience managing projects in the building and construction industry. Martin’s expertise in risk assessment and management, stakeholder engagement and consultation, procurement strategy and contractor management and negotiations enables Ridgemill to enhance project outcomes, ensuring client objectives are consistently met and often exceeded. Offering extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, community, health, residential and education projects, Steve is capable to bear great insight into the requirements of various projects, and identify value adding opportunities. With five years’ engineering consultancy administration experience, Amanda joined Ridgemill in 2015 to bear administrative support to project management personnel.
