Dynamight kids is an ongoing training program that gives real solutions and helps children to be strong and confident, with a love of life and an ability to protect themselves. Dynamight kids gives kids the tools they need to stay safe and enjoy life. Enrolling in dynamight kids will teach children vital information that can keep them safe and maybe even save their lives. Our safety program was developed in affiliation with preventit. Our safety topics have been chosen based on a thorough understanding of the most common causes of injuries and fatalities in australian children. And we teach a holistic range of safety awareness topics to help kids stay safe, burns, road safety, fire safety, sun safety, including it's your body, bullying and stranger danger. We teach kids to identify and be aware of danger, use their voice, run away to safety and more than 40 basic techniques and self-defence solutions to protect themselves in dangerous or uncomfortable situations. We teach practical self-defence solutions for children to protect themselves from bullying, rough play, inappropriate touching and even abduction. Every lesson is filled with fun and challenging activities that develop skills including coordination, agility, speed, strength, balance, self-confidence and assertiveness. Our lessons are a blast. Our program runs in child care centres and after school care programs with 30 minute lessons delivered once a week by visiting dynamight kids instructors.
