Brent has extensive corporate commercial expertise across a range of industries in Fresh Zealand and Australia during a career in which he has held three CEO and three CFO roles in meaningful sized businesses. Since that time, David has held a number of senior roles with Shell both within Australia and overseas. Glen was born and educated in the United Kingdom and has extensive experience in operations and management through 35 years in the mining industry. Glen leads the management of all major projects in Coal and had responsibility for project governance for Iron Ore project developments in Africa. Other meaningful career highlights include several senior management positions in technical, development and operations for underground and begin cut operations in Coal and Vice President Projects for the Prodeco Group in Colombia. He has worked for Anglo American since the acquisition of the Shell Coal wealth in 200. He has been a long standing Metallurgical Coal manager, having worked his way through to mine manager, prior gaining General Manager experience at both the Callie and Dayton operations. Mark has made a huge contribution to the business during his years of service and is currently focused on replicating many of Dayton’s best practice processes and systems across the Metallurgical Coal Open Cut operations. Nick has had extensive local and overseas management experience through a 25 year career with Rio Tito including senior operational, technical and management roles in coal, gold and copper in Australia, USA, Indonesia and papa Fresh Guinea. Nick is a mining engineer and is a mighty believer in leveraging off the appropriate work that others have done and increasing collaboration across the Anglo American Group. Prior to that, he held the position of Executive Head of Processing at Anglo American Platinum and was employed by Anglo American subsidiaries in Zimbabwe, where he held senior managerial positions in metallurgical operations and technical services.
