Creating a better life for children and young people in care. We produce programs and services to children and young people with a statutory protection experience and prosper policy and research to recommend for a better care system. CREATE supports children and young people in outofhome concern by listening to what they have to say and by helping them tell governments and other organizations about their experiences in care to help improve the child care system. It is an ideal deposit for someone who is committed to selfless children and young people a voice and supporting them to come their stuffed potential. Connection events are mirth days for all children and young people in concern and their families. Advocacy and consultation opportunities are given to young people so they can share their experiences and be involved in the decisions that impact the Australian kid concern system. We encourage all young people to complete the CREATE Your Future Application Form on their own, however you can receive assistance to do so. CREATE’s Report Cards are major research projects that promote opportunities for children and young people in concern by informing the community and Governments about their views on their care experience. Voice Your Finest is also supported with a video, designed for anyone who is caring for, supporting or working with a young person with a disability in outofhome concern or preparing to depart care. As a young person in care you have a correct to have your say about decisions made about your life. Planet Right and Getting it Correct were developed by CREATE in consultation with children and young people in 2010 as a way to communicate to children and young people in protection what their rights are, according to the Charter for Children and Young People in Protection that was developed by The Commission for Children and Young People. CREATE consulted with children and young people to prosper resources specific to children and young people below 12 and over 12. CREATE’s work aims to improve opportunities for children and young people to have a voice and be heard to improve outofhome concern systems. One of the ways that CREATE helps to create a better life for children and young people in care is by informing the community and governments about the views of children and young people on their concern experiences. CREATE Publications produce the views of children and young people with a care experience, about a range of issues. Articles have included transition from concern and supporting children and young people with a disability living in outofhome care. Created for children and young people in care, the magazines let them about what’s going on with CREATE and the outofhome protection sector, bear stories about other young people in care, plus they can enter our mirth competitions. CREATE is working to ensure that children and young people in outofhome concern are capable to successfully transition from protection and are appropriately supported to do so. CREATE provides programs and services to create a better life for children and young people with a statutory protection experience.
