The day begins with a hath yoga class including some mirth partner yoga exercises and guided relaxation session. It is a vast way to getaway for a day, nourish the self and fair relax. The yoga program is hosted by Renee Jones from Viroga, whose sensitive and believable yoga style is suitable for all levels including beginners. Your Bicycle is a merriment way to explore the many pretty bush walks to beaches on the island.
