For a fun and watery workout we have an aqua group class, and for those less comfortable in the water we host a swimming class. Splash down in our 25m heated pool, fantastic to complement your workout or just to relax and wind down. We also organise regular events both competitive and social for players of all levels and have tennis coaching available. For casual visits hire equipment is available, so feel free to bring down friends, family or workmates to enjoy a few sets. At club coops you can hire our squash and international standard tennis courts, like many of our facilities membership is not required to hire. Club coops offers many favourite classes such as the les mills range as well as innovative new systems such as the technogym kinesis class in our gym in brisbane. Most classes are designed for all fitness levels, however a few more challenging classes are available. Socially there is an extensive range of group workout classes available, kick, you can dance, cycle or run your way to fitness with our hour long classes. To help you go that extra mile you can also hire personal trainers which can guide you towards your fitness goals, motivating you, keeping you on track and helping you design a personalised workout.
