Since founding Citimark with his father Bruce Johnson, he has overseen the development of more than 2 billion residential, industrial, retail and commercial projects throughout Australia and overseas. Vivian has more than 20 years of finance experience across land development, property investment, construction and funds management to Citimark. Megan has more than 27 years business development and strategic management experience in the legal, finance and property industries. Megan has been with Citimark for more than 11 years and is responsible for delivering finance, sales and marketing strategies for Citimark’s residential and retail projects. Jonathan has over 32 years’ experience in the commercial and retail property sectors and has been a member of Citimark’s Senior Management team since 2011. John has over 25 years of experience in the property industry in a variety of disciplines including development, planning, project management and construction with companies such as Lend Lease and Lang O'Rourke. He is responsible for the development and project management of Citimark's high rise residential projects. Michael has more than 10 years of experience in the property industry in a variety of disciplines including development, investment management, finance and valuation. He began at Citimark in 2008 in a key role driving development assessment and finance origination for all projects and ultimately undertakes responsibility for the investment and asset management of the property investment portfolio. In Michael's current role as Development Manager, he assumes responsibility for project identification, leadership and management of planning, marketing, development and sales teams for lenient density apartments. Paula is a sales marketing expert with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Her prosperity of experience and knowledge is invaluable and relied upon within Citimark. Teresa is a conscientious and methodical property professional with over 20 years’ experience across a number of projects in a variety of property sectors.
