Our self-contained cheesemaking kits come complete with commercial food grade components, and have everything you need to make small or large batches of cheese from the comfort of your own home. Get started with a full cheese making kit To get you up and running making your own cheeses at home, Cheesemaking.com.au also offers comprehensive cheese making kits. They will also, of course, have an esky full of hand crafted cheeses that they’ve made throughout the two days, including: • Cheddar • Italian style fresh mozzarella • Creamy Brie • Tangy quark (a versatile, low fat cream cheese for either savoury or sweet use) • Robust Greek style feta • Whole milk ricotta • Traditional whey ricotta • Persian feta for marinating in your favourite oil and herbs • Gourmet feta to eat fresh Most importantly of all, cheese making students will have a very thorough knowledge of how to make hundreds of types of cheese from their own home. Our budding cheese makers are provided with a treasured “Master Cheesemaking” certificate which they can take home and frame as a reminder of their accomplishments. Only the freshest available milks and ingredients are used at our courses. Participants process each cheese from start to finish over the two days, using old fashioned traditional cheese making techniques. Get hands on! He has provided technical advice to commercial manufacturers for over 20 years and developed Australia’s first Farmhouse Cheesemaking course for commercial manufacturers in 1997, which is the predecessor of Graham’s current courses.
