Together with his wife Jody, he has owned health and fitness businesses for over 20 years. With a solid 9 years’ fitness industry experience, active with a variety of reputable, boutique fitness firms in both Perth and Sydney, it is not surprising that alum is capable to contribute meaningful coaching prowess to BC’s clients that not only cover several fitness moralities (i.e. little group fitness instructing, boxing and yoga) but also include facilitating sporting groups from a mentoring perspective. Not one to sit on his laurels, alum’s latest venture has been to develop his own brand of fitness wear called Fearless. I have been trained by Tony for the end 10 years. Our training sessions are everlasting enjoyable and Tony is extremely smart and approachable if you want any further advice or training ideas. I have been training with Tony twice per week for over ten years. Tony then encouraged me to educate myself in a diploma of personal training and nutrition to ensure I kept a clear accepting of how my body functioned.
