It has worked well for me and has had a dramatic effect on how I operate in my work. The site has been master rehearsed to develop into an integrated health campus, bringing together coming education, accommodation and clinical services into a dynamic civic precinct. Planning is around a central, open space which connects the various activities within the hospital. Designed to yield a welcoming, community facility. The design focuses on safe and efficient delivery of service, flexibility for future expansion and providing a welcoming public building. The planning provides a physical framework to improve operational efficiency, the work environment of staff and services to the community. Regional hospital that challenges preconceptions of how a hospital should look and feel and what a hospital experience should be like. The Robin Hospital expansion transforms a small local hospital into a major regional health facility by improving existing departments and providing new facilities on campus. Meeting rooms and all facilities are close from this central space. At the street edge, the building’s materials reflect the light industrial context of the neighborhood. Central support spaces allow sharing of facilities without impacting research spaces. The beginning atrium is on the northern side and connects the ground smooth entry of the building off North Terrace with sicced studio floors and the Health Clinics Floors. The building includes family accommodation, community spaces, car parking, administrative facilities as healthy as some commercial space. centered around the Christchurch Hospital, the Health Precinct covers a site area of 72,00m with over 150,00m of new built area proposed. High levels of sustainability including naturally ventilated active accommodation. Master planning and Packed Architectural Services for beginning stage works. Five major precincts with over 70 partition buildings. The project is highly secure by nature, with each facility having specific requirements that have been addressed during the design and delivery process. This project delivers meaningful expansion of facilities, including 165 partition buildings to accommodate this growth. STREET BUILDING’ The street building’ is of a scale and character that will bear unprecedented quality of the public realm. The project is an integrated workplace and bottom building. At street level, activated and landscaped spaces are provided to both the primary street address and also a fresh public lane way incorporating a ca and providing a coming cross block unite to Charlotte Street. The space will naturally make us more collaborative. At ground level, the building accommodates multiple functions that engage with the public realm, such as retail and restaurants, while also facilitating the functional servicing of the building.
