Damian brings to ism over 25 years of operational, commercial and management experience in service industries across Australia and Asia, including senior executive roles at public companies such as Chandler McLeod, Proficient and AZ. His expertise includes business strategy, business leadership, sales and client management, management of major change programs and functional encourage including shared services, risk management and HHS. Cameron brings to ism more than 25 years’ experience in operational management and leadership roles at major Australian and international telecommunications companies such as Telstra, non, AlcatelLucent and Nortel Networks. John has over 29 years’ experience within the telecommunications' industry. Prior joining ism, Paul has worked in senior leadership roles with the National Broadband Network and Service Stream Ltd, driving strategic direction, building mighty organizational safety cultures, implementing risk based management systems, and providing leadership coaching and mentoring. Paul is responsible for the management and leadership of all Health Safety and Environment compliance at ism, providing strategy, management systems implementation, training and overall performance across the business. Nicole has many years’ experience in senior roles delivering people solutions that encourage business strategy. She has developed and implemented triumphant people and performance related strategies across a range of industries including labor hire at SKILLED Group where she was General Manager People and Performance, banking and finance, logistics and retail. Over the previous few years at ism, Nicole has led the People Communications teams focusing on attracting and developing teams and the culture as we remain to exaggerate our business. This has included leading the implementation of a range of recruitment, culture and leadership training programs and initiatives, more recently focusing on rolling out the Inclusive Leadership and female mentoring programs. As Head of ism Consulting, rakes is focused on implementing strategies to help further grow our business, including targeting and proposition development for fresh clients. Prior to working at ism, Kristy worked as a senior lawyer with Service Stream Limited and held various legal roles at Australia Post accumulating meaningful experience advising on important scale projects and commercial negotiations. He has a strong history in project leadership, strategic IT and business improvement and has led a number of transformation programs as both consultant and line management executive. Using his extensive experience, Richard is responsible for leading the IT team at ism and also leads project delivery functions internally for ism and for client facing projects.
