Cameron brings to ism more than 25 years’ experience in operational management and leadership roles at major Australian and international telecommunications companies such as Telstra, non, AlcatelLucent and Nortel Networks. John has over 29 years’ experience within the telecommunications' industry. Prior joining ism, Paul has worked in senior leadership roles with the National Broadband Network and Service Stream Ltd, driving strategic direction, building mighty organizational safety cultures, implementing risk based management systems, and providing leadership coaching and mentoring. Paul is responsible for the management and leadership of all Health Safety and Environment compliance at ism, providing strategy, management systems implementation, training and overall performance across the business. Nicole has many years’ experience in senior roles delivering people solutions that encourage business strategy. She has developed and implemented triumphant people and performance related strategies across a range of industries including labor hire at SKILLED Group where she was General Manager People and Performance, banking and finance, logistics and retail. Over the previous few years at ism, Nicole has led the People Communications teams focusing on attracting and developing teams and the culture as we remain to exaggerate our business. Using his extensive experience, Richard is responsible for leading the IT team at ism and also leads project delivery functions internally for ism and for client facing projects.
