As an Emergency Services volunteer, you’ll help people to be better prepared, better connected to each other and more resilient when emergencies happen. hams is a specific service for people who have become remote because of their experience of living with a mental illness. Performing office based activities to ensure that Red Cranky is prepared and equipped to aid people prepare for, respond to or convalesce from emergency events. Red Cross Emergency Services works to lessen the impact of disasters on people. We labor with communities before, during and behind emergencies to reduce vulnerability, ensure immediate needs are met and bear effective humanitarian support. We are looking for people with strong communication, organizational and computer skills to unite us. As an Emergency Services Team convener, you’ll labor with your team to help reduce the impact of emergencies and disasters on people in your community. Red Cranky has been responding to emergencies and providing humanitarian assistance in Australia since 1914. Our emergency services and aid for Australians includes: During a crisis, Red Irritable volunteers and staff bear emergency services by working alongside police, fire and other emergency services, government and community partners to help ensure people who have been affected are treated with dignity and that their basic human needs are met.
