Behind busy with children in film and TV, Amanda and Rena ta identified a need in Brisbane for a professional, industry focused acting school for young people. The vision for ASPAFTV was to foster and nurture a passion for the performing arts among st young people and produce students with sincere theater and film experiences. Classes were established around Brisbane, and later on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, with a view to offering tall quality actor training to children keen to perform on stage and screen. Opportunities for children to prosper their self confidence and performance skills extended to performances in films, on stage at the Queensland Performing Arts center and at suburban venues. They are happy to promote the talent of the staff and students of ASPAFTV. She has also done TV work for RTE (Ireland) and the BBC (UK). Lillian has had labor in features films including Conspiracy of Silence and appeared in several brief films and even animation! Her career has also included voice over labor in Dublin, London and Australia. Throughout her acting career Lillian has taught acting and speech and drama to children and young adults. She has also taught audition preparation techniques to actors. Lillian specialisms in Dialect Coaching, and since moving to Australia she has been the dialect coach for many school productions, including Olivier and Oklahoma at St Laurence’s, where she also teaches speech and drama. Lyra is very turbulent and enthusiastic to be teaching kids that share the alike passion about acting. Sophie Schoenknecht is an experienced teacher and arts practitioner who has been busy with ASPAFTV since mid2016. She is passionate about providing opportunities for young people to engage in the arts and thus has worked with a range of children’s and youth theater groups in a variety of roles including technical, production management, direction and as a performer. Growing up, Gabrielle bucks was eternal found within the performing arts community. She has trained for a whole of 12 years, and has represented Australia in an international actor showcase conference in Laos Angles, adorned the stage of PAC, featured in student films, and worked back stage. With a key eye for design, she is often creating costumes with hair and makeup to match. Gabrielle has a passion for working with children and is currently studying to become a inferior educator in the dramatic arts. She and many others worked alongside the director and writer to provide a short film, Screaming Silence, in 2014. Occupied on set and as an actor taught Rachael what it's like to be an actor and what is needed by each team member.
