At AD Body Corporate we work with you and your elected committee to ensure the sound and professional management of your scheme. Meetings How often are meetings held? As your Body Corporate Manager it is our role to work with your elected committee to manage the day today running of your building. Our role includes, but is not limited to: As an added service to our clients, the team at AD Body Corporate is happy to help in arranging and managing your Body Corporate’s insurance needs. Active with your Body Corporate Committee, the team at AD Body Corporate will guide you to ensure your building meets its legislative requirements. It is important to note that a Body Corporate Manager can only act when provided with specific instructions from the Body Corporate Committee. The Body Corporate Manager may only chair a general meeting if the Body Corporate Manager has been delegated the duties of the Chairperson, and the Chairperson is not present, and the persons give elect the Body Corporate Manager to chair the meeting.
