Appointments can be made at www.acubalance.net.auStandard Initial Acupuncture Treatment: Allow 90 minutes.
Health discussion and treatment plan is discussed.
Individually designed treatment is provided.

Standard Acupuncture Return Treatment: Allow 60 minutes.
Review of last treatment.

Plan to quit. Review your routine. Looks for areas of weakness and obstacles and make a plan to change the routines. This will be discussed further in your Acupuncture treatment.

Week 1:
You will need SUPPORT.
4 Acupuncture sessions minimum : every day or second day.

Previously people have succeeded by completely stopping smoking or cutting down smoking in this period to 1 - 2 cigarettes per day. Each individual is different and we can work with you and your needs.

Week 2:
3 Acupuncture sessions minimum: every 2nd or 3rd day max. Depending on your progress. This can be when emotions are increasing, it's important to get regular treatment through this phase of stop smoking treatments.

Week 3:
2 Acupuncture Sessions: Depends on your progress.
Acupuncture treatments every 3 - 4 days is recommended.
It takes 21 days to change a habit. You may start to notice some big changes.

Week 4:
We will review the treatment progression and make recommendations suitable to your situation. Minimum recommended schedule would be weekly treatments for 1-2months.
