Our competitors would for the majority of jobs have to complete at least 2 and sometimes up to 5 separate set-up operations resulting in increased labour costs, manual handling and delivery times. The added advantage of being able to operate unattended on longer run jobs also reduces labour costs. This advanced capacity of production enables us to complete complex parts all in one operation on a continual basis. The service that Absolute Manufacturing provides is competitively priced and due to the unique capabilities of the equipment used by Absolute Manufacturing, set-up costs are minimal allowing a considerable advantage over our competitors. These products are CNC machined on 2 twin spindle, stainless steel, twin turreted machines and are produced to specific customer orders in a range of materials including brass, aluminium and plastic.
