The AAG Difference
Our services don’t just extend to the work on your vehicle; we also have a customer-first policy, which means that communication and transparency are just as crucial as your clutch and transmission. When you call on our team, you can rest assured that you’ll be given the full explanation – no nasty surprises. We also don’t believe in shortcuts, unless of course the customer asks specifically for one. Our in-depth repairs and offerings mean that you leave with greater safety and more value. Mechanical RepairsAt AAG Automotive, we are committed to looking after your whole car, not just the elements of car repairs that are our specialty. Our approach is unique, as we consider the many aspects of your vehicle, which may not be evident to the naked eye upon the first inspection. We believe that a comprehensive approach to managing the general mechanical repairs of your car is essential to sourcing the leading cause of your breakdown or ongoing problem, instead of merely assuming or quickly fixing the obvious or initial complaints. In essence, we don’t just treat the symptom; we fix the source of the problem.
Vehicle TowingHere at AAG Automotive, we believe that “to give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money: sincerity and integrity.” We know how important running vehicles are for our customers, and that’s why we also offer alongside our towing/recovery/relocation service. Imagine your wife is in a panic as her car has broken down on the motorway on a rainy afternoon. Don’t worry, one call and we will sort you out — no need to stress over who will look after what. We have the experience and expertise to ensure your vehicle is towed from one destination to another safely, without damage, and as quickly as possible.
Safety Certificates
In Queensland a safety certificate is needed when:
- a registered light vehicle is offered for sale in Queensland
- transferring the registration to a new owner
- transferring to Queensland registration from another state or territory, or
- re-registering an unregistered vehicle.
How does a Pre-Purchase Inspection work?
During a pre-purchase inspection, a mechanic will visually check over the vehicle and also take it for a brief road test, to make sure that everything is working as it should be and that there are no apparent issues. A pre-purchase Inspection aims to simply notify you of any problems with the vehicle and is not designed to fix any of these problems.Exhaust FabricationHere at AAG Automotive, we offer a complete in-house fabrication service that can fabricate fully customized high-performance exhaust and manifold products for all types of high-performance vehicles, including race cars and motorcycles. We supply competition and performance exhaust systems design and in-house custom fabricated (all hand-built) to your exact requirements.
Auto ElectricalAs cars continue to evolve, so do their auto-electrical systems. Today, cars are as much electronic as they are mechanical. That’s why at AAG Automotive, we are highly skilled at both. Your car’s auto electrical system controls almost every driving function, so ensuring these systems and devices work correctly is the only way to be sure your vehicle runs well. The warning signs of auto electrical problems some of the signs that there are problems with your auto electrical system include:
