Michael has been an integral piece of the team here at The Planning Deposit since 2011, is an accredited consultant for SealSMART with Brisbane City Council. Having extensive experience in Project Management and Development Applications for trivial to lenient scale subdivision developments in South East Queensland, Michael is capable to utilize his experience within a diverse range of fields of development, including residential, industrial and commercial, but maximum prominently with development applications including subdivisions, fresh house approvals, multiple dwellings, house extensions, commercial extensions and heritage developments. Charlotte has extensive experience within a diverse range of fields of development, including trivial to medium scale subdivisions and multiple dwellings with a focus on townhouse developments. Overall Charlotte has specialized in residential and trivial scale commercial projects, with surplus experience in industrial developments. Currently Studying a MEnvMan (masters of environmental management) and has completed her Grad Cert. Rebecca joined the team at The Planning Deposit in March 2016 and has been working on a range of developments, particularly residential and commercial development applications. Rebecca has experience in statutory planning including preparing RiskSmart and standard development applications with council's throughout South East Queensland. She has assisted on a range of Community Projects, in the preparation of urban design projects and undertakes day today administration for the team at PP. Her role includes payroll, debt collection, and bookkeeping. She also ensures quality assurance systems, workplace health and safety measures and other business reporting requirements are met by the firm.
